Sheila Shafer
National Account Manager
Sheila has an extensive background in account management, sales, leadership, customer relations, project management and software implementations. The software product suites she has worked with include accounting, payroll, HR, and utility billing, as well as electronic document, agenda, and land records management. Throughout her career, her greatest passion has always been to provide the best customer experience possible to all of her customers.
Sheila is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), has obtained Lean Gold Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma certifications, and received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Cameron University in Oklahoma. She has been a guest speaker for multiple organizations in Ohio and Indiana, including the Ohio County Auditors Association and the Indiana Rural Water Association.
In her spare time, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family, creating themed gift baskets, and is on several sports leagues for golf, volleyball, and bowling.
