12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Except where prohibited by law or where you opt out (see below), any dispute arising out of your use of this Site will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in the state of Ohio, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
